I founded TLVS to bring a holistic approach to tax and business law — one informed by experience on both sides of Puerto Rico’s tax and regulatory spectrum.

Before launching TLVS, I served as Director of the Office of Incentives for Business in Puerto Rico and later as Deputy Secretary of the Treasury, where I helped shape and oversee the very incentive programs many of my clients use today.

My government service gives me an insider’s understanding of how policy, compliance, and opportunity intersect — knowledge that I now leverage to help businesses thrive within the law, not struggle against it.

In the private sector, I’ve worked with leading law firms and CPA firms, advising corporations and high-net-worth individuals on structuring, compliance, and strategic growth. This dual perspective — public and private — allows me to design legal strategies that are not only compliant but visionary.

Today, at Tax Law & Venture Services, I help clients turn ideas into enterprises, optimize through Puerto Rico’s tax incentives, and prepare for what’s next — whether that means expansion, investment, or exit.
