Treatment
Your Personal Information will be initially processed in Ireland and then will be transferred outside of Europe for storage and further processing, including to Canada and the United States. Specific security measures are observed by the Data Controller to prevent the loss, modification or deletion of data, unlawful and/or incorrect use, and unauthorized access or transmission, furthermore, the Data Controller undertakes to adopt further measures necessary to ensure that Personal Information is treated securely and in accordance with the relevant legislation in force.
Compulsory and optional nature of providing Personal Information
The communication of navigation data is mandatory and indispensable to permit the User to use certain functions of the Site such as loading the Site (“mandatory purposes”).
