Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item or services to request a return. However, your return is subject to the terms of this Return Policy. Please, read this document before requesting a return as you might not be eligible.

General terms and conditions

To be eligible for a refund, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase and meet the following conditions.

To start a return process, you shall contact us at roxana@taxlawventures.com. If your request is accepted, we’ll process your refund pursuant the terms of this Refund Policy.

Issues

Please, inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if there is any problem. If this is the case, we will make it up to you. However, please note that we can’t accept a claim after 3 calendar days from successful reception of the order. 

Refunds

After we receive a refund request, we will proceed to inspect the order and  let you know if the refund was approved. We will only approve a refund in the event the service is not provided to you. If the refund request is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please, remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. We shall not be responsible nor liable for this delay.
